For this lot, freshly harvested cherries are sun-dried whole in the natural process, allowing the fruit to interact with the bean as it dries. This traditional method deepens body, enhances sweetness, and builds a grounded, full cup without artificial intervention.
Unlike commercial robusta often designed purely for strength, this approach highlights the coffee’s inherent richness while maintaining smoothness and approachability.
