Single-serve specialty coffee drip bags made with forest-grown canephora from Poomaale Collective.
The Poomaale Collective is Beforest's first wilderness collective near Kakkabe, Coorg, set in the Western Ghats at an elevation of about 1040 metres. It is a coffee-growing landscape of plantations, forests, flowing streams and Shola Grasslands, with a large part of the collective left intentionally low-intervention and wild.

Tear open the sachet and take out the drip bag.
Pull out the side flaps and anchor the bag securely on your cup.
Slowly pour 150 ml of hot water (just off the boil) in 2-3 pours.
The brew should finish in 1:30–1:45 minutes. Remove the filter and enjoy it black or with milk.
Made to feel full, smooth, and balanced, with a profile that stays comforting from first sip to finish.
The cup opens with dark chocolate, moves into roasted walnut, and finishes with soft citrus brightness.
