BHINDI RAVA FRY (CRISPY OKRA FRY)

   Ingredients

  • Bhindi (Okra): 10 nos
  • Rava / Sooji: ½ cup
  • Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
  • Aamchur (dry mango powder): ½ tsp
  • Hing: pinch
  • Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
  • Salt: to taste (~½ tsp)

Method :

  • Wash and completely dry the bhindi (very important).
  • Trim ends and slice lengthwise.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric, hing, ginger garlic paste,salt
  • Add rava and mix well to coat evenly.
  • Rest for 20–30 minutes (helps coating stick better).
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add coated bhindi and cook on low flame.
  • Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Flip and roast till crispy & golden.
  • Serve hot as a snack or side dish.
