BHINDI RAVA FRY (CRISPY OKRA FRY)

Ingredients
- Bhindi (Okra): 10 nos
- Rava / Sooji: ½ cup
- Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
- Aamchur (dry mango powder): ½ tsp
- Hing: pinch
- Ginger garlic paste: 1 tsp
- Salt: to taste (~½ tsp)
Method :
- Wash and completely dry the bhindi (very important).
- Trim ends and slice lengthwise.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric, hing, ginger garlic paste,salt
- Add rava and mix well to coat evenly.
- Rest for 20–30 minutes (helps coating stick better).
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add coated bhindi and cook on low flame.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Flip and roast till crispy & golden.
- Serve hot as a snack or side dish.
