At Bewild, we bring you carefully selected and hand-packaged food products, grown and processed with care. We strive to ensure that every item delivered reaches you in the best possible condition.
To help you make informed choices, we’ve provided detailed information about our products on the website, from ingredients and origin to usage suggestions and storage tips. We encourage you to explore these before placing your order.
However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product received, please get in touch with us. We will do our best to understand the issue and resolve it promptly.
Cancellation
Many of our products are freshly packed or processed once an order is placed. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us at the earliest by phone or email, and we will try our best to assist you.
If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will be happy to cancel it and initiate a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.
