- Bewild Mysore Mallige -1 cup
- Water - 5-6 cups
- Salt to taste (optional)
Cooking Time
- 20-25 min
Method: Traditional open vessel
- Rinse Mysore Mallige Rice twice with regular water.
- Add 5-6 cups of water into a vessel and bring it to a boil.
- Add rinsed rice to boiling water & cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Check the texture based on your preference, and turn off the flame once the rice is cooked.
- Strain the excess water and let the rice rest for 5 minutes before serving.
