PEANUT BUTTER + CHILLI CRISP NOODLES

Ingredients:
- Boiled noodles – 1–2 cups
- Edamame (boiled) – ½ cup
- Bell peppers (sliced) – ½ cup
- Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
- Onion (finely chopped) – ½ cup
- Bewild Peanut Butter – 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce – 1–2 tbsp
- Chilli oil – 1 tbsp (adjust to spice level)
- Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
- Bewild Groundnut Oil – 2–3 tbsp (hot)
Method
- In a wide mixing bowl, add peanut butter, Garlic, Onions, Edamame, Sesame seeds, Soy sauce, Chilli oil.
- Heat groundnut oil until hot (almost smoking, not burning)
- Pour the hot oil directly over the mixture
- Mix everything well until combined
- Add boiled noodles
- Toss until evenly coated
- Add bell peppers
- Sprinkle extra sesame seeds
