PEANUT BUTTER + CHILLI CRISP NOODLES

Ingredients:

  • Boiled noodles – 1–2 cups
  • Edamame (boiled) – ½ cup
  • Bell peppers (sliced) – ½ cup 
  • Garlic (finely chopped) – 1 tbsp
  • Onion (finely chopped) – ½ cup 
  • Bewild Peanut Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce – 1–2 tbsp
  • Chilli oil – 1 tbsp (adjust to spice level)
  • Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp 
  • Bewild Groundnut Oil – 2–3 tbsp (hot) 

Method

  • In a wide mixing bowl, add peanut butter, Garlic, Onions, Edamame, Sesame seeds, Soy sauce, Chilli oil.
  • Heat groundnut oil until hot (almost smoking, not burning)
  • Pour the hot oil directly over the mixture
  • Mix everything well until combined
  • Add boiled noodles
  • Toss until evenly coated
  • Add bell peppers
  • Sprinkle extra sesame seeds
