ROSELLA INFUSION – COLD BEVERAGE

Ingredients (2–3 glasses):
- Dried Rosella (Hibiscus) flowers – 3 tbsp
- Jaggery – 2–3 tbsp (or adjust for sweetness)
- Cardamom (Elaichi) – 2 pods, crushed
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp (optional, enhances tanginess)
- Ice cubes – as required
- Water – 3 cups
Method :
- Boil 3 cups of water.
- Add Rosella flowers, jaggery, and crushed cardamom.
- Simmer for 7–8 minutes until the jaggery dissolves and the water turns bright red.
- Strain and let it cool.
- Add a dash of lemon juice (optional).
- Chill in the refrigerator or pour over ice cubes.
- Serve cold and refreshing.
