ROSELLA TEA – HOT BEVERAGE

Ingredients (1–2 cups):
- Dried Rosella (Hibiscus) flowers – 2 tbsp
- Fresh mint leaves – 5–6(Optional)
- Tulsi (holy basil) leaves – 4–5(Optional)
- Fresh ginger – 1-inch piece (crushed)
- Honey – 1–2 tsp (as per taste)
- Water – 2 cups
Procedure:
- Boil 2 cups of water in a pan.
- Add Rosella flowers, ginger, tulsi, and mint leaves.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the water turns deep red.
- Strain into a cup.
- Stir in honey (do not add while boiling to preserve nutrients).
- Serve hot.
