ROSELLA TEA – HOT BEVERAGE

Ingredients (1–2 cups):

  • Dried Rosella (Hibiscus) flowers – 2 tbsp                
  • Fresh mint leaves – 5–6(Optional)
  • Tulsi (holy basil) leaves – 4–5(Optional)
  • Fresh ginger – 1-inch piece (crushed)
  • Honey – 1–2 tsp (as per taste)
  • Water – 2 cups

Procedure:

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pan.
  2. Add Rosella flowers, ginger, tulsi, and mint leaves.
  3. Simmer for 5–7 minutes until the water turns deep red.
  4. Strain into a cup.
  5. Stir in honey (do not add while boiling to preserve nutrients).
  6. Serve hot.
