SPROUTED RAGI PANCAKES (GLUTEN-FREE BREAKFAST)

Ingredients:
- ½ cup sprouted ragi flour
- flaxseed egg ( 1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 3 tbsp water)
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1–2 tsp jaggery or honey
- A pinch of cardamom powder
- A little milk or water (as needed)
Method:
- In a bowl, mix sprouted ragi flour, mashed banana, and jaggery/honey & flaxseed egg.
- Add cardamom powder and a little milk or water to make a thick, pourable batter.
- Heat a lightly oiled pan. Pour small pancakes using a ladle.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve with fresh fruits or yogurt for a protein‑rich, gut‑friendly breakfast
