SPROUTED RAGI PANCAKES (GLUTEN-FREE BREAKFAST)

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup sprouted ragi flour
  •  flaxseed egg ( 1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 3 tbsp water)
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1–2 tsp jaggery or honey
  • A pinch of cardamom powder
  • A little milk or water (as needed)

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix sprouted ragi flour, mashed banana, and jaggery/honey & flaxseed egg.
  2. Add cardamom powder and a little milk or water to make a thick, pourable batter.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled pan. Pour small pancakes using a ladle.
  4. Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Serve with fresh fruits or yogurt for a protein‑rich, gut‑friendly breakfast
