SPROUTED RAGI ROTI (QUICK FLATBREAD)

Ingredients:
- 1 cup sprouted ragi flour
- ½ cup whole wheat flour (optional, for better texture)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp oil (for the dough)
- Water (as needed to knead)
Method:
- In a mixing bowl, combine sprouted ragi flour, wheat flour, and salt.
- Add oil and gradually add water to knead into a soft, non‑sticky dough.
- Cover the dough and rest for 10 minutes.
- Divide into small balls and roll each into a thin roti using a floured surface.
- Heat a tava or non‑stick pan, cook the roti on medium heat until both sides are lightly browned, pressing gently with a spatula.
