Around February and March, coffee blossoms blanket the landscape with delicate white flowers for a short window, drawing bees to gather nectar from a bloom that is as fleeting as it is fragrant.

Because the flowering window is short and the harvest limited, Coffee Blossom Honey is produced only in small batches, making each jar a reflection of a particular season, landscape, and bloom.
