Anoxic Fermentation creates a cup with layered depth, gentle spice and structure through oxygen-free fermentation. Frozen Cherry offers a livelier expression, with sweetness, fruit character and a more lifted aromatic profile.
Together, they highlight how post-harvest choices can shape two distinctly different cups from the same origin.
