We recently tried Bewild Rice, and I’m absolutely impressed! The aroma while cooking is simply divine – it fills the entire house with a wonderful fragrance. After experiencing the flavor and texture of Bewild Rice, I don’t feel like going back to regular polished rice. very gentle on the gut, making my stomach feel happy and light. Best to soak the rice in water for few hours before cooking. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a healthier and organic alternative.
