Grown within the forest landscapes of the Beforest's Poomaale Collective in Coorg, this Canephora develops slowly under shade, nourished by biodiversity and living soil. Here, coffee is not cultivated in isolation but as part of a thriving ecosystem.

For this lot, freshly harvested cherries are dried in a controlled polyhouse whole for 15-20 days, allowing the fruit to interact with the bean as it dries. This traditional method deepens body, enhances sweetness, and builds a grounded, full cup without artificial intervention.

Unlike commercial robusta often designed purely for strength, this approach highlights the coffee’s inherent richness while maintaining smoothness and approachability.

The beans are then medium roasted to preserve structure while allowing natural warmth and roundness to come through.
