Healthy burst of tang on the tongue

i love the rosella jam now , have kept it as my jar of happy hormones, i have a swift lick whenever i need some uplifting for my tastebuds or to even satiate a hunger pang, Its somehow a perfect mix of tang and sweet for my palette , and also love the fact that its completely organic ,fresh ,preservative-less and natural .Still finding ways to experiment with it sometimes with a loaf of bread , sometimes with a roti , and daily analysing the change in tang with every lick , thanks. Looking forward to more such special condiments from bewild.
